During 25 years as a Director, Simon has led the growth and development of the practice in commercial architecture, interior design and workplace. He has extensive experience designing sustainable people-centred, best in class workplace environments for leading global brands including Microsoft, NatWest, and Roche.

Recent projects include Microsoft’s Barn X, an award winning net-zero, creative gaming development studio and The Heart Building, an award-winning wellbeing, training, product development and quality assessment centre for Tesco PLC. Simon is passionate about design quality. His projects have won BCO, Mixology, BIFM, FX & NLA awards and nominations, and he has judged the FX and NLA awards.

Before joining LOM, Simon spent several years with US architects Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM) working on large-scale commercial developments and office fitouts. In 2022 Simon refitted & co-skippered a 1977 Swan 47 yacht in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC). He is also a Director of a boat yard in Penryn, Cornwall.
