LOM has reimagined 2 Triton Square, transforming a landmark building at Regent’s Place into a modern head office for Santander Group, providing retail, trading and executive workspace in a flexible and collaborative environment.

The full redevelopment delivers a flexible and collaborative environment while maintaining business continuity throughout a phased fit-out.

A key feature of the project is the new Work Café, a transparent and welcoming ground-floor space that enhances Santander’s presence within the evolving district.

Inside, the workplace integrates agile work settings, a dedicated fintech hub, and a trader floor with 350 dealer desks, all designed to support connectivity and adaptability.

Carefully balancing transformation with sustainability, the fit-out retains key architectural elements while introducing modern workplace principles first developed at Unity Place. A mix of open-plan workspaces, collaboration areas, and executive zones creates a highly functional, people-focused environment.

By blending retained elements with new interventions, the design achieves a refined, high-performance workspace that reflects Santander’s evolving approach to workplace design.
