Beyond the buildings and places we deliver, our work is measured in the difference we can make. Impact is about positive outcomes — how spaces support people, contribute to communities and respond to the challenges of a changing world.
Our sustainability commitments are real and measurable. We track and reduce our carbon footprint, and we have achieved Carbon Neutral Plus status by offsetting more than we consume. This includes offsetting a margin above our measured footprint and investing in Gold Standard projects that also advance UN Sustainable Development Goals such as clean water, biodiversity and gender equality.
Moving beyond neutrality towards circular design, material reuse, flexibility and biodiversity net gain, we are committed to continually improving our own performance while supporting our partners and clients to do the same.
Although we have reached our goal of becoming a Carbon Neutral Organisation we know our journey must continue.
Design carries a responsibility to the environment. We focus on buildings and frameworks that reduce energy demand, prioritise reuse and adaptability and work long-term. Every project is an opportunity to make a positive contribution — whether by transforming an existing structure, integrating new technologies or shaping low-carbon neighbourhoods.
Architecture and design play a role in shaping how people connect and giving them a sense of belonging. We aim to strengthen social value by creating inclusive spaces, from workplaces that foster collaboration to community hubs that bring people together. environments enrich daily life, promote wellbeing, and open opportunities for wider communities.
