Apex Coworking is a carefully designed workspace located in the heart of West Hampstead, reflecting the area’s unique character and energy.
This flexible workspace caters to professionals, freelancers, and businesses, offering a mix of hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms.
The design was developed in close collaboration with Astir, moving away from the typical office experience. Inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of West Hampstead, it combines the warmth and charm of the local community with a sense of exclusivity.
Drawing inspiration from the bistros of Paris, the coffee shops of New York’s Greenwich Village, and the intimate cafés of Prague, the interior balances homely comfort with refined functionality.
Originally intended for a conventional lease, the space was reimagined as a co-working hub in response to market demand for a workplace that fosters a sense of connection and collaboration, without the daily commute.
With its emphasis on local engagement and the integration of community-driven design, the project brings a fresh approach to the area’s workspaces.
The two-story design features private offices on the ground floor, alongside a vibrant community event space and an artisan coffee shop that serves as the social heart of the space. The first floor includes a variety of workspaces and meeting rooms designed for both collaboration and focus.
The interior design integrates an industrial yet elegant aesthetic, with a mix of brick walls, timber textures, leather upholstery, and refined furnishings, while plants and soft seating enhance the atmosphere.
Designed to support modern work practices, Apex offers 24/7 access, high-speed Wi-Fi, and meeting rooms, creating a dynamic and flexible environment that caters to a range of professional needs.
