Emily combines high-level design expertise with effective project management. Since joining LOM in 2008, she has led a diverse portfolio of projects across the education, workplace, commercial, residential, and retail sectors. Her work includes a £3m low-energy classroom block for Stanmore College and a £2.5m extension of Pinner Park School, while in Dubai she was responsible for the planning of a residential tower as part of the £200m Business Bay Towers project. In recent years she has worked closely with Microsoft, supporting workplace projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and contributing to the development of their global workplace standards.

Passionate about contemporary design and the creative use of materials, Emily also has a specialist interest in landscape architecture, integrating natural and built environments into her work. She works closely with clients and communities to develop thoughtful design responses that balance creativity with practicality, meeting functional requirements while enhancing user experience. Prior to joining LOM, Emily gained experience in high-specification office fit-outs as well as residential projects, including private homes and developments.
