Maliha has been a key member of the team for over 10 years, and became an Associate in 2020. She has worked on major projects for clients including Accor Group, HSBC, the National Bank of Oman, and Tesco, and has extensive experience in developing Design Guides which support the consistent global implementation of design concepts.

Maliha is an accomplished designer with particular expertise in spatial concepts, interior design, furniture and materials. She is passionate about innovation and design thinking and engages widely with industry conferences and shows to ensure clients benefit from emerging trends and new thinking.

Maliha studied Architecture at the University of East London and the University of Westminster, and was named on the Mix Interiors 30 under 30 list in 2017, highlighting rising talent driving the commercial interiors industry. She has taught at the University of East London as a lecturer and design studio tutor, shaping undergraduate interior design and architecture students. She has also supported the Open City Architecture in Schools programme and Accelerate Mentoring, and contributes to professional dialogue as a member of the NLA Expert Panel for Work.
