Simon is a Director at LOM with 20 years experience delivering innovative workplace, education, residential, and hospitality projects. He also leads the practice’s sustainability and wellbeing agendas and contributes to industry thought leadership.

Marco is a Senior Architect at LOM with over a decade of international experience, joining the practice in 2022. He plays a key role in delivering workplace and mixed-use projects with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Jenny is a Senior Interior Designer with over a decade of international experience in the workplace, retail, and residential sectors. Since joining LOM in 2020 she has led key UK and international projects, including Apex Coworking in London and the HSBC Centre of Excellence in Al-Ain.

Grant has over 25 years’ experience in architecture and the construction industry. He has particular expertise in design, detailing, construction and contract administration and has delivered numerous significant architectural projects in the UK and overseas.

Claudia is an Associate at LOM and leads our implementation of BIM and digital design. She is a qualified Architect with over a decade of international experience, and combines  rigorous technical delivery with a passion for adaptive reuse and sustainable design.

Jax is a Senior Designer at LOM with over a decade of international experience in architecture and interior design, spanning workplace, residential, retail, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. He combines strong conceptual creativity with technical precision.

Chris is a meticulous design and technical architect with UK and international experience, delivering projects across architecture, retrofit, and commercial interiors.

Simon is a Director at LOM with over 35 years’ experience leading major workplace, commercial, and interior design projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Scott is a Senior Architect with experience across workplace, residential, and education projects, including Passivhaus construction. He joined LOM in 2017 and has led and coordinated major corporate and mixed-use developments, with a specialism in BIM, Revit and technical delivery.

Patrick Hastings is an Associate Director at LOM with over 30 years’ experience leading the design and delivery of complex, large-scale workplace and regeneration projects.

Richard is a Director at LOM with over 35 years’ experience delivering architectural and interior design projects across the workplace, retail and education sectors worldwide, combining creativity with strong project management skills.

Charlie is a Senior Architect at LOM who combines creative concept design with meticulous technical delivery.  Since joining the practice he has worked on key projects including Barn X for Microsoft, Roche Products, and the transformation of NatWest's London head office.

John is an award-winning Architect and Director at LOM with 25 years’ experience leading major architectural, interior, and workplace projects worldwide, including landmark headquarters for banks in Doha, Dubai, Muscat, and London.

Maliha Haque is an Associate at LOM architecture and design with over a decade of experience delivering workplace and hospitality projects in the UK and internationally. She is also active as a mentor, lecturer, and member of the NLA Expert Panel for Work.

Emily is a Senior Associate with extensive experience across the education, workplace, commercial, residential, and retail sectors. She is a qualified Architect with wide experience in architecture, interior design and strategy projects for major global clients.

Ben is a Director at LOM who has led landmark commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He is passionate about innovative design, technologies and materials, creative retrofit and sustainable placemaking.

Chiara is an architect and interior designer who leads LOM’s interior design work. With experience spanning workplace, education, retail and hospitality projects, she combines creativity, sensitivity and commercial expertise to design unique, human-centric spaces.

Tom is an Associate Director at LOM with extensive experience leading architecture and interior design projects across the UK and internationally. He combines an experience-led design approach with a strong commitment to sustainability, inclusivity and wellbeing.

Oliver is a Senior Architectural Technologist with expertise in BIM coordination, Revit, and technical design. He has delivered workplace, residential, and commercial projects across the UK, with a focus on developing detailed technical drawings, RFIs, and construction documentation.
