Patrick is a talented designer, communicator, and project architect. He combines a thoughtful design approach with extensive technical knowledge and is skilled at coordinating complex project teams. Patrick has particular expertise in the delivery of new-build projects with high-performance façades and complex technical requirements. His ability to bring together diverse teams and balance creative intent with practical solution.

Since joining LOM in the early 2000s, he has worked on a wide range of projects across the workplace, commercial, and regeneration sectors. His portfolio includes new-build offices for organisations such as dunnhumby, Liverpool Victoria, Esure, and Tesco, as well as the regeneration of One Court Road in Bridgend, a 200,000 sqft environmentally sustainable office development. Patrick was the base-build Project Architect for Santander UK’s 50,000 sqm head office campus in Milton Keynes, where he oversaw the delivery of a large and technically demanding workplace scheme. His role involved guiding the design process, coordinating consultants, and ensuring construction quality across all stages.

Patrick studied architecture at Nottingham University and began his career at CHQ Partnership, where he gained experience on large-scale retail, supermarket, and mixed-use developments. At LOM, he also leads the practice’s work on the Building Regulations Principal Designer role, drawing on his detailed understanding of compliance and construction standards.
